This is a Damascus is absolutely fool proof to use. I would say I’m an inexperienced knife maker, I was able to make a decent knife in a hour or so. While I was waiting for materials for a larger knife I was able to knock out a decent skinning knife. The product is really easy to use, I would recommend for all skill levels.
