Belt Grinder / Machinist Misting System

This misting system is the perfect way to level up your grinding. By keeping your work cooler you both increase the life of your abrasives but also reduce the risk of ruining your temper, and burning your fingers, and lets you spend less time dunking your knife in a bucket of water and more time grinding away to your heart's content. 

How to use

1. Simply fill up a small bucket with coolant, we recommend a water solution as plain water can create excess rust on your grinder and get into your bearings reducing their life. 
2. Connect to your compressor, This mister comes with a quick connection for an 8mm air hose. Simply pop it in and it holds it in place. You may need to step your hair hose diameter down.
3. Adjust the air and water valves to your preference.
4. Happy grinding. 

Note PPE is important when grinding steel with or without this, however, when creating airborne water/oil particles it's vitally important you wear safety glasses and an appropriate mask.
