Actually I only purchased these because I couldn't refuse such a good bargain. Having received them though they really look the goods and I'm glad to have them. You might say I'm going through a bit of a green phase of late anyway so was a case of right thing at the right time I guess. They are very good for pins in handles and that's a bonus hey.

These blocks are overall fantastic, they are good to work with and finish very well. They have great figure and the resin has penetrated the whole way through the wood with no inclusions in the blocks I have worked with. The only downside may be their popularity.
Great product, they turn up very well with a variety of finishes. The colour has penetrated all the way through the block very well, and I have had no issues with inclusions or un-stabilised knots within the blocks. The wood has good figure, with is complemented by the colour nicely.

This little gadget is the perfect centre scribe and bevel scribe. It's compact, easy to adjust, does more than one thing but does those multiple things well. Will definitely get used a lot.
