Thank you for your interest in our heat treating service! 

With years of experience in knifemaking and heat treating we can help you get your blade treated to perform just how you want it. 

All blades are hardness tested with a calibrated tester and a certificate of hardness will be provided. 

How it works

1. Add however many blades you want heat treated into your cart with the heat treatment product.
2. Go through to purchase and pay. 
   
   
3. fill out the digital form we send you and send the blades to the address on the sheet. 

FAQ

• Do you offer better prices for bulk heat treating? Yes! If you're wanting over 10 blades treated we have bulk pricing, Just contact us.
• Do you foil wrap your blades? All the blades that go through our kilns are wrapped with foil if plate quenched or coated with anti-scale if oil quenched.
• Do you offer Cryo Services? we currently offer dry ice slurry treatment which can be chosen above.
• whats the biggest knife you can do? Max length at the moment is 24” or 605mm
