P3 Replacement Filter (R1403) Keep your AirDefence X1 performing at its best with genuine Maxisafe P3 Particle Filters. Rated at 99.996% filtration efficiency at 0.185 microns (TH3 PR SL), these filters capture fine dust, silica particles, and airborne contaminants to maintain maximum respiratory protection. Replace when the smart alert indicates filter saturation.
Pre-Filter — 10 Pack (R1404) The first line of defence in the AirDefence X1's three-stage filtration system, these pre-filters capture larger particles before they reach the P3 filter — helping extend P3 filter life and maintain consistent airflow performance. Sold in a convenient 10-pack for ongoing site use.
Spark Arrestor — 10 Pack (R1405) Designed for use in environments where sparks or hot particles may be present, the Air Spark Arrestor forms the first pass of the AirDefence X1 filtration system. Protects downstream filters and the unit from spark-related damage. Sold in a 10-pack for easy stock rotation.
Spare Battery (R1406) Never let a low battery interrupt a shift. The AirDefence X1 Li-ion 12V 4400 mAh standard battery delivers up to 10 hours of runtime at Level 1. An optional Heavy Duty battery (12V 6800 mAh) is also available, extending runtime to up to 15 hours — ideal for long shifts or remote sites. Charges in 3.5 hours with over 500 charge cycles rated.
Replacement Charger (R1407) A genuine replacement charger for the AirDefence X1 PAPR system. Charges the standard battery in 3.5 hours and the Heavy Duty battery in 5 hours. Keep a spare on site to ensure units are always ready for the next shift.
Replacement Visor (R1408) Maintain clear, unobstructed visibility with a genuine AirDefence X1 replacement visor. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the PAPR helmet's flip-up mechanism and independent lens operation, ensuring the face shroud remains sealed even when the visor is opened.
Replacement Hose (R1409) The 60cm replacement breathing hose connects the belt unit to the helmet, delivering filtered air directly into the breathing zone. Genuine replacement ensures a secure, airtight connection and maintains the system's positive pressure performance. Also available with an anti-fire hose cover (R1410) for spark-risk environments.
