ordered 1084 and 15N20, and these guys were the ones that had nice long, thin pieces for easy stacking and a high starting layer count. the steel had a nice surface condition and the water cuts were neat and easy to smooth.

I have found this is a good steel for making kitchen knives by stock removal. Relatively easy to heat treat producing a durable cutting edge. However be careful not to over heat as I have had a couple that ended up a bit brittle.
